This person will oversee employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and HR complianceas well as work closely with leadership and serve as a resource for employees and managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience independently handling employee relations and employment compliance.
• A background in payroll, benefits, and recruiting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of HR operations.
• A related bachelor's degree OR an active HR certification. Pay is $80k
• 95k DOE, with competitive benefits.
