Advance Services is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Onsite Supervisor to lead the day-to-day staffing operations for one of our premier manufacturing partners in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys developing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The Onsite Supervisor serves as the primary leader for our onsite staffing program, overseeing employee relations, customer communication, recruiting coordination, and operational performance. Position Summary The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for leading all onsite staffing operations while serving as the primary liaison between Advance Services and our customer. This position oversees employee engagement, attendance management, coaching, recruiting coordination, and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence and a positive employee experience. Success in this role requires strong leadership skills, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust with both employees and customer leadership. What You'll Do Lead all daily onsite staffing operations for a large manufacturing facility Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and Advance Services employees Supervise and coach onsite team members while providing leadership, accountability, and support Build strong relationships with supervisors, managers, HR, and production leadership Welcome, onboard, and orient new employees Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, investigations, and corrective action conversations when needed Monitor attendance, turnover, productivity, and retention while developing action plans to improve results Partner with recruiting teams to communicate hiring priorities, workforce planning, and staffing forecasts Resolve employee concerns professionally while maintaining positive working relationships Oversee timekeeping, payroll questions, employee documentation, and compliance requirements Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and accountability Analyze staffing metrics and provide regular operational updates to customer and company leadership Support hiring events, orientations, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs Ensure all company policies, customer expectations, and employment practices are consistently followed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is a confident, hands-on leader who leads by example Builds trust and credibility with employees and customer leadership Communicates effectively with all levels of an organization Makes sound decisions in fast-paced environments Holds themselves and others accountable Can successfully manage multiple priorities while remaining organized Takes initiative and proactively solves problems Is passionate about developing people and creating positive employee experiences Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to coach employees and address performance concerns professionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and spend the majority of the day on the production floor Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following: Staffing or workforce management Human Resources Manufacturing or industrial operations Employee relations Operations or production leadership Recruiting or talent acquisition Why Advance Services?
