As our Director of Human Resources Operations, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of core HR functions, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless associate experience by:Driving Operational Excellence & Service Delivery:
Leading and overseeing core HR operational functions including payroll, benefits administration, and leave management. Owning the HR Operations service mailbox to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality responses to associate and manager inquiries. Establishing service standards and workflows that support an efficient and associate-centric HR operation. Optimizing HRIS & Systems Administration (UKG): Serving as the functional owner of theUKG HRIS
platform, ensuring data integrity, system security, and optimal utilization across all modules. Leading system configuration, testing, and upgrades while partnering with IT and Finance on enhancements and integrations. Developing documentation and end-user training to support consistent system adoption across the organization.Leading Performance & Benefits Programs:
Executing the annual performance management cycle, managing technical workflows for goal setting, reviews, and reporting. Managing vendor and broker relationships to ensure benefit programs are compliant, competitive, and efficiently administered. Overseeing all leave programs (FMLA, disability, etc.) and ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Empowering Leadership withData & Analytics:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR Operations professionals, fostering accountability and continuous professional growth. Owning HR operational metrics to provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting on headcount, turnover, and payroll accuracy. Developing dashboards and recurring reports to support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership. Identifying and leading initiatives to streamline processes, improve automation, and enhance the overall associate experience.What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with hands-on experience balancing strategic leadership with operational execution in a mid-to-large organization (1,000+ employees). At least 3 years of people management experience. Advanced, hands-on experience with UKG HRIS and related HR systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) (preferred). Experience administering performance management systems and cycles at scale (preferred). Experience supporting multi-state or distributed employee populations (preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
