Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a manufacturing operation in Lebanon, Missouri. This role works closely with leadership to shape people strategies that strengthen engagement, improve retention, and build an effective workforce across hourly and salaried teams. The ideal candidate brings a practical, business-focused approach to employee relations, talent planning, and organizational support while using data to guide sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with plant and business leaders to align human resources initiatives with operational goals and workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts by identifying staffing needs, supporting talent pipelines, and helping leaders prepare for future business demands.
  • Drive programs that enhance employee engagement, strengthen team performance, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee onboarding activities to ensure new hires are integrated effectively and understand company expectations, policies, and resources.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and general HR administration processes to maintain a consistent employee experience.
  • Use HR metrics and business data to recommend actions that improve retention, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Advise managers on performance management, coaching approaches, and development strategies for both hourly and salaried employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee information within HRIS platforms and help ensure compliance with internal standards and employment regulations.
