Manages compensation and benefits structure and provides information to employees. Monitors compliance with employment-related regulations. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.

Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, project management, or a related field and one year of experience in human resources or employee engagement. Alternatively, three years of experience in human resources or employee engagement. Experience with implementing large-scale transformative programs. Experience developing and implementing HR and global programs and initiatives. Experience with project management (scoping, stakeholder management, delivering on time and on scope), cultural change, change management (communication with multiple levels of the organization). Experience in the gas industry implementing cultural transformation programs. Experience leading, engaging and influencing multiple levels of management. Communication experience translating business objectives to HR program needs. Experience reporting HR data. Experience with identifying relevant content and training needs to support inclusive leadership and inclusive culture. Experience leading cross functional teams. Experience working with employee engagement and company culture change management. 30% international travel.Job Location:
