Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Bilingual Spanish Staffing Manager to join our growing home care team. This role is responsible for caregiver recruitment, staffing coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with caregivers and clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position manages the staffing process—not direct employee supervision. Essential Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified caregiver candidates. Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments. Ensure open shifts are filled promptly and appropriately. Respond to call-offs and staffing changes. Conduct caregiver and client follow-up calls. Build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and referral sources. Encourage caregiver referrals and support retention efforts. Maintain accurate staffing and onboarding records. QualificationsRequired Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Previous home care experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Preferred Home care or healthcare staffing experience. Experience recruiting caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, or direct care staff. Ideal Candidate Energetic and self-motivated. Comfortable recruiting and networking in the community. Resourceful and solution-oriented. Strong customer service mindset. Understands that exceptional service and relationships drive referrals and growth.
