Compensation $175,000.00 - $214,000.00 / Yearly Hours Per Week 40 Number Of Positions 1 Job Description Partner with the HSE team to drive a culture of obsession with safety as well as support appropriate hiring and development practices to build capabilities. Own the end-to-end People strategy for the Logistics/DSD organization, across Organization, Talent, Capability, and Culture. Conduct workforce planning, leveraging data and analytics to proactively implement solutions (incl. staffing solutions) that enable business strategy, in line with the CS&L Master Plan. Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans in line with function transformation agendas. Accelerate frontline leader capability development in line with High Performance Organization (HPO) principles. Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to attract high-caliber talent, onboard them into the business, as well as build internal succession through development planning. Partner with local leaders to establish talent attraction strategies for local markets, ensuring competitive wages. Partner with leaders to enable a HPO culture that translates into zero losses, 100% engagement. Enable the success of the Continuous Improvement program within Logistics/DSD - provide direct leadership of the People, Culture, and Training Pillars and be a part of the Leadership Pillar within Logistics/DSD. Provide People support on transformation initiatives as part of the CS&L Master Plan. Partner with the Labor Relations team to ensure the Labor strategy aligns with business priorities. Drive improvement in key labor metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and overtime. Support compensation and recognition decisions as part of the talent strategy. 10-15% domestic travel. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 6 years of experience working in the Talent Management function of HR for an international food or snack manufacturer.
Experience must include:
working with a frontline hourly workforce in manufacturing, logistics, sales, or a comparable field; developing and implementing customized development and talent management solutions initiatives; supporting the streamlining of talent programs, processes, policies and procedures; developing culture and engagement plans based on employee feedback; leading succession planning processes and critical roles definition according to business strategy; and experience in FMCG or CPG. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite.
Salary:
$175,000 to $214,000/year, bonus and Long-Term Incentive eligible.
