Job Description
Director, Human Resources Business PartnerNorthern and Southern New Jersey and PennsylvaniaHeart to Heart is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support residential group homes, supervised apartments, and day programs throughout Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while supporting employee relations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, employee engagement, and talent initiatives. This position will play a critical role in helping Heart to Heart build a strong people-focused culture while ensuring consistent HR practices across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working directly with operational leaders and frontline staff.
