Human Resources Manager - Senior

Hendricks House Group has been servicing clients with Substance Use Disorders for 33 years. We have facilities located in Vineland, Galloway and Millville. We are looking for a Full-time Senior Human Resources Manager who has experience with generalist and recruiting experience, to include skills such as employee investigations, recruiting, terminations, training, and on-boarding. Experience managing HR specialist a plus. This candidate will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer on day to day tasks. Must have 10 years of HR experience. Candidates with 5 years of recent recruiting and generalist work will be considered. Bachelor's degree required. Must be able to travel to different programs, when needed, to meet staff and program needs, job fairs, etc.

Full-time Salary:

$52,000.00•$55,000.00 per year, based on years of applicable experience for this position.
