Job Description

Human Resources Manager for Skilled Nursing Facility We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager for our skilled nursing facility. You'll drive recruitment and retention for clinical and support staff, ensure compliance with healthcare employment regulations, and help build a workplace where our team feels supported - because strong staffing means better resident care. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for clinical and non-clinical staff Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes Administer benefits, payroll coordination, workers' comp, and FMLA/leave management Ensure compliance with employment law, OSHA, and state nursing home staffing regulations Maintain HRIS records and report on staffing/turnover metrics Partner with the Administrator and DON on workforce planning and retention What You Bring HR management experience, ideally in skilled nursing or healthcare Knowledge of FMLA, OSHA, and state staffing regulations Experience with
HRIS/ATS
platforms Strong Excel skills for staffing/turnover reporting Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Join a team where great HR directly supports great resident care.
