This position plays a critical role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, supporting workforce planning, and maintaining high-quality patient care across multiple service areas. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with staffing partners and referral sources to support workforce needs. Collaborate with operational leadership to assess staffing requirements and identify hiring priorities across assigned regions. Partner with recruitment and administrative teams to support onboarding and workforce initiatives. Monitor staffing levels and workforce utilization to ensure operational needs are met. Supervise and support scheduling staff, reviewing daily schedules to maximize efficiency and coverage. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to field staff and coordinators. Conduct occasional site visits to evaluate service delivery and support quality initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with performance management and provide feedback regarding staff performance. Serve as a liaison between field staff, operations, and support departments. Monitor overtime and contract labor usage to promote effective resource management. Prepare reports and staffing analyses as needed. Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and operational success. Qualifications Education Associate's Degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree is a plus. Experience Minimum of 3 years of staffing, scheduling, or workforce management experience. At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting multi-site operations is a plus. Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
