Job Description

Human Resources Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations for our nursing facility. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and enjoys working closely with leadership and staff. Responsibilities Manage recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Support employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns. Oversee new hire orientation, performance management, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations. Assist with benefits administration, workers' compensation, leave administration, and HR documentation. Maintain employee records and HR systems. Partner with department managers to support staffing and workforce planning. Foster a positive and professional work environment. Qualifications Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
