HR Manager Need ASAP Qualifications:
3+ Years as an HR Manager OR HRBP Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment is an asset. Strong HRIS or HRMS Experience Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Streamline and Improve currentHR Systems and Procedures Compliance & Policy:
Enforce company policies and maintain compliance with employment standardsPerformance Management:
Coordinate the performance review process and assist managers with goal tracking and improvement plans.Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for personnel questions, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Recruiting of Hourly/Salaried employees. Assists Plant Management in the recruiting process Employee Engagement -Employee Empowerment Experience Job Type:
