Chemical Manufacturing Our team is seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Program Manager to lead regional workforce operations and supplier relationships while driving process improvement and program performance. This role partners with procurement business leaders HR Talent Acquisition Finance MSPs and staffing suppliers to improve workforce processes technology governance and overall program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Lead day to day operations of a regional contingent workforce program
- Manage MSP relationships staffing suppliers and supplier performance
- Monitor program metrics service levels costs and operational effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements across the contingent workforce lifecycle
- Partner with procurement HR Talent Acquisition Finance and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Support VMS processes program expansion change initiatives and continuous improvement
- Lead stakeholder communications supplier reviews and performance discussions
- Use workforce data and business insights to identify risks opportunities and improvement areas
- Serve as a trusted advisor across a complex and geographically distributed organization Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of experience managing contingent workforce contingent labor external workforce or MSP programs
- Experience with contingent workforce procurement and supplier management
- Experience managing MSPs and staffing supplier networks
- Experience with a VMS such as SAP Fieldglass Beeline Workday VNDLY Coupa or similar technology
- Strong process improvement stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across functions and geographically diverse teams
- Experience supporting change management program transformation or process adoption
- Bachelor's degree in business procurement supply chain HR operations or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10 percent Why Join Us
