Senior Human Resources Director - Field Support Complete Care | South Jersey Complete Care is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director - Field Support to support our South Jersey skilled nursing facilities, with the majority located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties . This is a hands-on, multi-site HR role working closely with the Regional HR Director to support facility HR teams, ensure compliance, and provide guidance on employee relations and HR operations. Responsibilities Provide HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities. Travel to facilities to assist with HR leadership coverage, vacancies, and operational needs. Mentor and support facility HR Directors, including onboarding and training. Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters. Conduct personnel file and compliance audits. Support leave administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR processes. Partner with Regional HR leadership on special projects and initiatives. Qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare strongly preferred. Facility-level HR Director or HR Manager experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong employee relations and HR compliance knowledge. ADP and/or UKG experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and support multiple locations. This position requires approximately 95% travel throughout South Jersey.
