A Staffing Manager manages staffing functions for a company or organization, such as the recruiting and hiring of employees. Works with executive management to develop and implement staffing plans, and works to attract and retain qualified employees. Implements company policies and deals with staffing or disciplinary issues as needed.
The HR / Staffing Manager leads human resources functions across all facilities, ensuring effective recruiting, hiring, training, and employee relations. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while maintaining compliance with labor laws and developing programs that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience Develop, implement, and maintain company HR policies and compliance documentation Oversee payroll coordination in partnership with finance and operations Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and vendor relationships Deliver training, performance management, and staff development initiatives that support organizational growth Navigate employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions, with consistency and discretion Maintain accurate HR records and ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of HR or staffing experience, preferably in a multi-location environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Working knowledge of labor laws and HRIS platforms (e.g., Primepoint, Gusto, ADP) PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
Compensation:
$50,000•$65,000 Reports to:

Ability to work on-site in Waldwick Monday through Friday, 9 AM•5:00 PM Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must have a clear background and drug screening.
