Job Description

Heritage Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office seeks a Corporate HR Manager to lead HR operations across our New Mexico properties. This role oversees recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and HR policies while supporting managers with employee relations and performance management. The Corporate HR Manager will ensure compliance with federal and state laws, maintain HRIS and reporting, and design training that reflects our Southwestern hospitality culture. Partner with leaders to enhance engagement, support diversity, and build a strong, service-focused workforce that brings authentic New Mexico experiences to every guest. Responsibilities Oversee corporate HR operations for Heritage Hotels & Resorts and support property-level HR teams Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for corporate and hotel roles Administer benefits, compensation programs, and HR policies in line with federal and NM state law Guide managers on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions Develop and deliver training on HR best practices, compliance, and company culture Maintain HRIS records, HR metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions Ensure compliance with employment, wage and hour, and hospitality-industry regulations Support culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives across all New Mexico properties Required Skills HR strategy and operations Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Employee relations and conflict resolution Performance management and coaching Benefits and compensation administration HRIS management and reporting HR policy development and implementation Employment law and compliance (federal and NM) Training design and facilitation Hospitality industry HR practices
