Compensation:
$100,000 - $135,000 Base +

Available A well-established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to serve as the senior HR leader for a hospital facility. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, labor relations, compliance, and overall people strategy. Key Responsibilities Serve as the senior HR advisor to executive leadership. Lead employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management initiatives. Partner with leaders to align workforce strategies with business goals. Oversee employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and culture initiatives. Manage union relationships, collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and labor relations matters. Provide coaching and guidance on investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and performance management. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and regulatory requirements. Supervise HR staff and support leadership development initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience leading employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, compliance, and performance management functions. Experience advising senior leaders and managing HR operations. Prior experience supervising HR staff. Preferred Acute care hospital or healthcare HR leadership experience. Union and collective bargaining experience. Experience handling grievances and arbitration preparation. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience in rural healthcare environments. Why Consider This Opportunity?
