Job Summary Serves Harrah's & Tropicana Laughlin's client group in all areas of employee relations, compliance and HCM functions. Upholds the core values of Caesars Entertainment. Responsible for the various employee engagement/relations initiatives including applicable staff, systems, events, policy implementation and governance. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Handle intake and processing of Team Member concerns and investigations. Recommends course of action. Coaches' management team on the handling of Team Member matters. Conducts Unemployment Hearings and completes intake. Reviews all terminations and recommendations for disciplinary action. Manages the HRIS functions in the Oracle HCM System, approving daily transactions of end users. Responsible for training new users in Oracle Serves as property liaison for payroll Complete daily audit of all transactions performed in Oracle as needed. Generate daily transaction reports for property leaders. Create custom reports and recurring reports for all managers on property. Serve as a compliance officer for internal audits for HR functions. Project owner of annual performance appraisals and annual merit increases both hourly and salaried. Assist in various employee engagement, benefit administration and training programs in project owners, facilitators, and administrative support capacity. What You Will Need Three years of industry experience with broad knowledge in HR administration Strong administrative and technical skills Must be a strong team player and collaborator Program management skills - including managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and excellent time management Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Oracle applications are helpful. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and vendors
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand, walk entire shift, and maneuver in confined spaces Work in hot or cold temperatures and outdoor environments Walk up and down stairs frequently Bend, reach, stoop, twist, and lift to 10 lbs. Push/pull up to 20 lbs. Tolerate high noise areas and secondhand smoke Computer literacy with Microsoft office systems and the ability to type reports Must speak, read, write, and understand English Nevada Gaming
