Senior Personnel Associate (MP-4, Management Confidential)Salary:
$125,000- $130,000 The Executive Director, Office of Equity, Access, and Diversity Education serves as a collaborative leader who serves as the university's Affirmative Action Officer and Title VI Coordinator.
- Management/Confidential appointments serve at the pleasure of the President and are not represented by a union.
Requirements:
Master's degree or Juris Doctor from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education recognized accrediting organization, preferably in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience conducting investigations, working with affirmative action/equal opportunity programs or in one or more areas of human resources such as recruitment and employee relations. Previous professional supervisory experience. Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion efforts. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, the handling of sensitive information, and problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex issues. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail and organization.Preferred:
