Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a manufacturing site during a critical period of workforce transition. This long-term contract opportunity requires a hands-on, detail-oriented HR partner who can provide day-to-day employee support, guide leaders through complex personnel matters, and help maintain compliance as site operations continue to evolve. The role is fully onsite and calls for someone who is comfortable working across shifts to ensure strong partnership with both daytime and second-shift employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with site leadership to deliver HR guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance concerns, and workforce planning throughout an active operational transition.
  • Manage employee data and HR administration within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring records remain accurate, current, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support workforce reduction and redeployment activities by coordinating documentation, employee communications, and process execution with care and discretion.
  • Conduct and resolve employee relations matters, including workplace concerns and investigations, while recommending practical and compliant outcomes.
  • Provide onsite HR support Monday through Friday and maintain regular availability for second-shift interaction on Tuesdays and Thursdays through adjusted early or late hours.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce updates for leadership, using data to highlight trends, risks, and action items tied to staffing and employee impact.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to maintain continuity across compensation, benefits, compliance, and general HR operations.
  • Assist with final-stage site activities such as remediation-related staffing support, policy adherence, and other people-related compliance needs as operations wind down.
