As a key member of the leadership team, you will champion innovative HR solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Lead employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote continuous performance improvement. Manage benefits administration, and compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA regulations. Design and execute workforce management initiatives, including organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance skills across teams and support career growth pathways. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, ensuring effective conflict management while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with comprehensive knowledge of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated ability in project management, strategic planning, and organization design to support business objectives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and handle confidential information discreetly. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or other HR data tools for reporting and decision-making purposes. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
