Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive organizational growth by developing innovative HR programs, managing HRIS systems, and partnering with senior leadership to shape company culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's success through strategic HR practices and effective team management. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization and promote engagement from day one. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation policies, and other relevant regulations. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, payroll processing through systems like Paychex or Dayforce, and benefits communication. Supervise HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, change management projects, and strategic planning to support business growth. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR program development. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading HR teams or managing cross-functional projects within a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of employment law including FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, labor contracts, and workers' compensation procedures. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Kronos, Paylocity or Ceridian for data analysis and process automation. Skilled in negotiation techniques for resolving conflicts and managing employment contracts effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences including senior leadership. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus; familiarity with budgeting and program management is desirable.
