Job Description

Provides support and consultation to managers and employees in the administration, interpretation, and application of personnel policies and collective bargaining agreements. Ensures consistent practice throughout the organization in employment issues, disciplinary matters, and grievance procedures. Oversees the employee recognition program.
Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience:
Minimum of seven (7) years of recent work experience in Human Resources with five (5) years of experience at a management level. Solid background in all aspects of human resources administration, with particular strength in employee and labor relations. Experience in a unionized environment required. Strong communication and computer skills essential.
Licensure, Registration or Certification:
PHR or SPHR preferred
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
