Strategic Oversight:
Architect and execute comprehensive corporate strategies to drive long-term organizational growth.Operational Excellence:
Provide the leadership and vision required to implement robust operational controls, reporting structures, and scalable systems while mentoring high-performing teams.HR Leadership:
Spearhead end-to-end human resources initiatives, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, payroll, compliance, and professional development.Process Optimization:
Design and implement workflow efficiencies across the organization, strategically leveraging technology to streamline administrative functions.qualifications:
4-year College Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business.- MBA a plus.
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience required in related operations and human resources capacities
- Strengths must include process development, organizational development, and corporate strategy
- Adept in managing all Human Resource functions.
- Well versed in developing and implementing technology in an organization.
- Excellent communication, organization and team building skills.
- Outstanding ability in managing, leading and motivating people
- Ability to multitask.
