Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the HR department as well as overseeing all purchasing and the Safety Program.
Duties Include:
  • Time & Attendance and Payroll
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
  • development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of team members
  • Supervise HR staff and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience with Complete Payroll is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits administration and performance management,
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
