What you'll do Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning. Lead and oversee all HR functions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies across the region. Develop and mentor HR leaders and teams, fostering a high performance and collaborative culture. What we're looking for Proven track record (typically 7+ years) in HR management, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in HRIS Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a "hands-on" approach to plant operations. Experience leading organizational change or implementing new HR processes from the ground up. Position is On Site in Ada, OH
