Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across payroll, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with weekly payroll processing, including time tracking, data entry, and resolving discrepancies Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system setup, and orientation scheduling Manage offboarding processes such as exit interviews, final documentation, and system access removal Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and general HR concerns Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity Assist with compliance reporting and HR documentation Collaborate with on HR projects and process improvements

Qualifications:
0-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
