Regional Manager Join a Growing Team Making a Difference Ohio Home Group Care is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple residential homes serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. As Regional Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader for your assigned homes, supporting House Managers while partnering with the CEO and Administrative Team to maintain exceptional quality of care and operational excellence. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Supervise and support House Managers across multiple locations. Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development. Address performance concerns and recommend corrective action when necessary. Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Operations & Quality Assurance Conduct routine visits and quality assurance audits at each assigned home. Ensure compliance with DODD, Medicaid, County Board, and agency standards. Review documentation, including HPC notes and ISP implementation. Monitor medication documentation and follow up on health and safety concerns. Assist with investigations, incident follow-up, and Plans of Correction. Ensure homes remain safe, clean, organized, and prepared for regulatory reviews. Staffing & Scheduling Review staffing schedules and staffing patterns. Monitor attendance, overtime, and labor costs. Assist managers in resolving scheduling challenges and emergency staffing needs. Support managers in maintaining adequate staffing while promoting employee accountability. Administrative & Communication Partner with the Administrative Team to ensure employee files, certifications, background checks, and required training remain current. Review operational reports and communicate updates to the CEO. Build and maintain positive working relationships with SSAs, County Boards, nurses, guardians, families, and community partners. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with HIPAA requirements. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, developmental disabilities, human services, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems. Ability to travel regularly between agency locations. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of DODD regulations, Medicaid Waiver Services, and ISP implementation. Current CPR/First Aid Certification. Experience preparing for compliance reviews and audits.
