Overview Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager, where you will lead strategic HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape talent management strategies, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational success through innovative HR practices. You will serve as a key partner to leadership and employees alike, championing initiatives that promote workforce development, diversity, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Oversee all aspects of human capital management, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing training & development programs. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly and facilitating conflict management to maintain a positive environment. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accurate data entry and compliance. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring, policy updates, or process improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions. Conduct performance management reviews, employee evaluations, and support HR sourcing efforts using ATS platforms like iCIMS or Lever. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting through social media management and ATS platforms such as Taleo or iCIMS. Extensive knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and workforce management tools like Kronos or UltiPro. Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and foster positive employee relations. Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS), data analysis using Excel or Oracle HCM for strategic decision-making. Experience in organization design, training & development programs, affirmative action planning, and OSHA compliance is highly desirable. $55,474.88 - $70,872.97 per year
