Job Description

Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations Develop and deliver training materials and performance management programs to help ensure our staff and associates understand their job responsibilities. Investigate associate issues, conflicts, and other policy violations while delivering disciplinary and termination outcomes. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation coaching and guidance. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff Drive workforce analytics, insights, and reporting to support the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of the company's workforce plan Investigate associate issues, conflicts, and other policy violations while delivering disciplinary and termination outcomes. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation coaching and guidance. Conduct daily walks throughout the entire facility, interact with all levels of employees, gain insights into areas for improvement, and proactively share feedback to the leadership team Create and maintain a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of the associate population. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Maintain company organization charts and employee directory Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain HR systems and processes Conduct performance and salary reviews Provide support and guidance to HR staff
