Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in human capital management, employment law, talent acquisition, and workforce development. As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and strategic planning to support the organization's mission and growth objectives. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management and succession planning. Lead recruitment efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Taleo to attract top talent across various departments. Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training initiatives to ensure a well-informed and engaged workforce. Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and conflict resolution to promote a productive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation regulations, and other relevant labor standards. Administer benefits programs using platforms like Paychex or Workday while managing data collection and accurate data entry within HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Facilitate change management initiatives by supporting organizational design projects and implementing effective communication strategies. Maintain positive employee relations through proactive engagement, conflict management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Skills Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices coupled with expertise in employment & labor law compliance. Proficiency in HR sourcing tools including ATS platforms like UltiPro or Lever for effective recruiting. Strong project management skills with experience in organizational design, workforce management, and strategic planning. Skilled in benefits administration, payroll systems such as ADP or Paylocity, and HRIS platforms including Workday or PeopleSoft. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey policies, procedures, and organizational changes across all levels of staff. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and entry tasks. Demonstrated experience in employee orientation, training & development programs, performance management processes, and affirmative action planning. Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus.
