Job Description
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
HR Business Partnership & Employee Relations - 40% Partners with Executive staff to provide strategic HR guidance, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change zin=management. Serves as a consultative resource to all people managers regarding human resources matters (development, performance improvement, etc.) to support organizational goals while minimizing organizational risks. Provides consultative resources to all employees providing coaching, dispute resolution, professional development recommendations or other appropriate support as necessary. Responds to and facilitates investigation and/or resolution of employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment and/or discrimination allegations. Recruitment & Talent Management - 40% Oversees the implementation of inclusive recruitment, orientation, development, and retention processes to maintain candidate pools, in addition to retaining a highly talented and engaged team. Develops and implements comprehensive talent development strategies and programs to enhance employee capabilities and performance. Leads the design and implementation of training and development initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement programs. Strengthens staff performance & accountability across the organization to build and drive performance while owning integrated, data informed systems that drive talent, culture and support change or transitions. Works closely with executive leadership and managers to identify critical skill gaps and talent priorities, developing targeted plans to strengthen organizational capability. Drives effective succession planning programs to identify and develop high-potential employees for key leadership positions, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline. Compensation, Employee Benefits, and Compliance - 20% Stays up to date on employment legislation, compliance requirements, and industry trends to strengthen the human resource function including hiring procedures, personnel policies, benefits administration, data maintenance, etc. to advance organizational goals. Ensures HR policies and procedures are up to date and appropriate programs comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with the company's values and culture. Manages compensation structure and regular reviews; benefits administration, disability, workers' compensation, unemployment, and other insurance claims; I9 compliance; federal & state employee reporting requirements; and all other human resources administrative and compliance functions.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification required, or willingness to obtain within 6 months as a condition of employment. Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience leading HR teams and implementing talent management programs Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office 365 DESIREDCOMPETENCIES

Ability to build relationships across the organization and leverage relationships to drive achievement of organizational goals. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, makes decisions based on accurate and timely data driven analysis. Proven experience and ability to lead, direct, coach and mentor team in collaborative partnering to achieve goals. Excellent writing, editing, verbal, analytical and presentation skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results -orientation.WORKING CONDITIONS
In office 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature, and the like. Occasional travel to events within the regional area.BENEFITS
