Salary:

- Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage annual renewals.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance across the organization.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities.
- Support day-to-day HR administration for a 50+ person workforce.
HR Manager:
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience; HR degree or certification is a plus.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Strong HR generalist background including recruiting and employee relations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
