This role will be a "hands on" role and is a full time permanent position with our client. The successful candidate will lead all human resources activities at a manufacturing site of approximately 200 employees. This role serves as the primary HR leader on-site, partnering closely with leadership to support day-to-day operations while driving long-term people strategies. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site HR leader , providing support to employees and managers Partner with site leadership as a trusted advisor on HR strategies and employee matters Lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning to support staffing needs Manage employee relations , including investigations, coaching, and compliance Oversee performance management, talent development, and succession planning Support benefits administration, payroll oversight, and reporting Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety, and workplace policies Drive employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives Partner on HR metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Manufacturing or plant environment experience strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Experience with HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos preferred) Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and talent management Proven ability to work independently and influence leadership Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills What We're Looking For Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship-builder with a high level of professionalism and discretion Passion for employee engagement, culture, and continuous improvement #
