What You'll Do:

As an Onsite Staffing Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between our associates and client company.

Your responsibilities include:

Supervising temporary associates during shifts Ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE requirements Communicating with client management regarding associate performance Conducting safety observations and production walk-throughs Training new associates on line duties Processing payroll and paid sick leave Delivering outstanding customer service to both associates and clients Participating in ongoing training and development What You'll Need to

Succeed:

Experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong customer service skills Quick thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Staffing or onsite experience (a plus) Ability to walk throughout the shift Flexibility to work additional hours during peak season Reliable transportation

Schedule:

Shift B

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday; 5am
• 5:30pm Shift C
• Monday thru Thursday; 5pm-3:30am (Must be flexible with hours)
