On Site Personnel is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Columbus, OH market. This role will focus primarily on new business development, client relationships, and revenue growth while supporting the continued expansion of our staffing operations.

Salary:

$65,000-$75,000/year plus commission Key Responsibilities Prospect and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person sales visits. Develop business within warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, administrative, and professional staffing . Conduct client meetings, presentations, facility tours, and contract negotiations. Build relationships with HR professionals, operations managers, and key decision-makers. Grow existing accounts and identify additional staffing opportunities. Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet revenue and gross profit goals. Monitor the Houston market and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure excellent client service. Assist with training and developing Account Managers and Recruiters as the market grows. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of staffing industry experience with a strong sales/business development background. Proven success generating new business and growing client accounts. Strong cold-calling, networking, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and staffing/recruiting platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. INDIS Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
