Columbus, OH:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for an Regional Staffing Manager job in Columbus, OH. As an Area Staffing Manager, you will provide leadership to the managers in your market while providing a best in class experience for your clients, associates, and candidates. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership, prob lem-solving skills, and a passion for creating a positive workplace environment.
Salary:
Starting Salary of $60,000
  • $70,000/year and great benefits available!
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters.
Onsite Staffing Oversight:
Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, source, and onboard qualified candidates to meet client demands. Conduct interviews and assessments as necessary.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance onsite staffing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in staffing, workforce management, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong leadership and people management skills. Exceptional client relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
