  • Full-time Job Overview Luxe Rehab is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational culture, develop talent strategies, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be energized by building strong employee relations, implementing innovative HR programs, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive business success. Your expertise will help shape a workplace where employees thrive, grow, and contribute to our mission. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development efforts to enhance skills and engagement. Manage performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback systems to support continuous improvement. Administer employee benefits programs, payroll systems such as Workday or ADP, and ensure compliance with employment & labor laws including OSHA regulations. Lead conflict management efforts by mediating disputes and fostering a respectful workplace culture. Drive HR program management initiatives such as succession planning, organization design, change management, and process improvements. Supervise HR staff and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, human capital management, and workforce development initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising HR teams with strong leadership skills in managing multiple HR functions simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation policies, and OSHA standards. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR sourcing strategies, employee relations, and benefits administration. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo or similar systems like Paychex or Kronos for data collection and analysis. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective stakeholder engagement. Experience with performance management systems, training & development programs, and organizational design principles. Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes while maintaining a strategic outlook aligned with organizational goals. Join us to lead transformative HR initiatives that empower our workforce!
