HR Business Partner

🌟 We are looking for a self-driven human resources professional with healthcare experience to join our HR team at Memorial Health!🌟

What You'll Do:

Support assigned departments with all HR Functions including: talent acquisition/recruiting efforts, interview candidates, talent development, employee relations, terminations, build relationships with staff and management team. Support our recruiting team with organizational needs Special projects as assigned

What You'll Bring/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and/or employee relations

Preferred:

PHR or SHRM certification(s)
