Global Equity Program Manager Parker Hannifin Corporation $105,700.00 - $185,000.00 / yr 6035 Parkland Boulevard (Show on map) Apr 22, 2026 Position Summary Position Summary The Global Equity Program Manager is responsible for the delivery, administration, reporting and compliance of the company's equity-based compensation programs and provides additional support in other areas of Executive Compensation. Manages service provider and vendor relationships, trains other professionals that support the stock plan administration and reporting processes. Works closely with a global cross-functional team including representatives from Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, Payroll and Tax to coordinate and deliver stock incentives. Regularly interacts with directors, officers, executives and stock incentive program participants. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction __ Has Direct Reports _X_ Does Not Have Direct Reports This position reports to the Manager of Executive Compensation. Essential Functions Ensure the company's equity awards are properly administered and processed, including Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs),Performance Share Awards, and semi-annual purchases under the company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Oversee the relationships with the company's third-party equity administration vendors and coordinate any tax, legal or compliance needs.
Understand industry best practices and propose and implement changes to the administration of equity-based compensation programs. Provide input on the overall program design to ensure plan objectives are achieved at the lowest cost of administration.
Support the accurate and compliant accounting, taxation and reporting of awards, including awards to global participants and cross-border transfers.
Responsible for share reconciliation and coordination between the transfer agent and stock plan vendors.
Provide support for the company's periodic share and/or plan approval requests to shareholders for inclusion in the proxy.
Support accurate and timely SEC reporting requirements in partnership with finance, accounting and legal departments.
Prepare various materials for delivery to the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and Senior Executives. Provide analytical support of stock plan activity to support plan design considerations and alignment with shareholder value creation.
Maintain participant plan communication materials, integrating with broader Total Rewards communications where possible.
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of dividend equivalents and dividend equivalent units based upon plan and award parameters.
Ensure high quality participant experience.
Maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure effective risk management and compliance with SOX.
Participate in special projects and/or ad-hoc requests as they arise. Qualifications Bachelor's degree
7+ years of stock plan administration experience (global public company preferred)
Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical capability
Strong vendor management skills
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
