3+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace/defense environment. Paycor experience is required.About Our Client:

As they scale, they are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Mid-Level HR Manager to anchor their people operations, guide employee growth, and manage daily HR functions.The Role:
As the HR Manager, you will serve as the champion of company culture and the operational backbone for all things HR. This is a mid-level role perfect for an HR professional who thrives in a nimble, manufacturing-centric environment, loves owning processes from start to finish, and is ready to make a visible impact on a growing workforce.Key Responsibilities:
System Expert (Paycor): Take complete ownership of the HRIS platform ( Paycor ) to manage employee data, ensure compliance, streamline records, and coordinate seamlessly with payroll.Flawless Onboarding:
Design, elevate, and execute a welcoming, comprehensive onboarding experience that integrates new technical, engineering, and manufacturing talent smoothly into the company culture.Benefits Administration:
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.), acting as the main point of contact for employee questions and annual open enrollment.Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff. Ensure all policies, procedures, and safety regulations remain compliant with local, state, and federal manufacturing guidelines.HR Generalist Support:
Assist with performance management cycles, internal culture initiatives, policy updates, and basic workforce planning. What We're Looking For (Qualifications):Experience:
3 to 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace/defense environment.Software Requirement:
Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Paycor is required for this role.Skills:
Strong foundational knowledge of benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and employee lifecycle management (specifically onboarding/offboarding).Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with everyone from production floor technicians to executive leadership.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a definite plus!).Why You'll Love This Opportunity:
