Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive strategic HR planning, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the effective implementation of HR programs that support our organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing sourcing strategies, interviewing processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation regulations, and other relevant legal standards. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing using systems like Workday or ADP, and manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Supervise HR team members in delivering training & development programs, employee orientation sessions, and HR sourcing activities. Drive process improvements in HR operations through data analysis skills and process optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic planning initiatives that support organizational growth and change management efforts. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning, program management, and employee relations. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading HR teams in fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance, including
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Taleo, Kronos, Paychex or Ceridian; proficiency in data collection and analysis is essential. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively manage contracts, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement. Background in recruiting through ATS systems like Taleo or iCIMS; familiarity with onboarding processes such as employee orientation is preferred. Ability to lead change management initiatives while maintaining focus on human capital management principles. Knowledge of payroll systems including Paychex or Paylocity; experience with budgeting for HR programs is advantageous. Join us to lead our human resources function with energy and purpose! $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
