AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time Business office Manager / Human Resources Director at Good Shepherd Village located at 422 N Burnett Rd, Springfield, Ohio. Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated and compassionate individuals! We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven leader to help us grow. Our mission is to provide a patient-centered care environment, that promotes a positive team environment, with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.

Job Duties & Requirements:
Coordinate and perform the collection of accounts receviable and past due accounts Review payment policies and procedures with new admissions and their respoonsible parties Administer and reconcile resident trust accounts and petty cash Gather and summit all information for medicaid Pending residents Reach out to applicants to set up interivews Conduct oriention for all new employees Proccess Payroll Bi-weekly Keep all employee files organized and up to date All other duties as assigned Experience is perferred Pay is based on experience We'd love the opportunity to speak with ou in regard to joining our amazing team !!
