As the HR Payroll Director at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Sylvania, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources and payroll functions. This is a FULL_TIME position that requires a high level of expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. About the
Role:
As HR Payroll Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation. You will also be the primary point of contact for payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Your expertise will help drive compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and support to employees Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Manage compensation and benefits plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies Coordinate and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
