Job Description

Human Resource Manager Life Safety Enterprises Inc. is a growing company with the Headquarters located in Willoughby, Ohio. We are looking to add a dynamic, professional, and experienced Human Resources partner to our team. Having great employees is the most important part of who we are, and what we do. Applicants need to be customer service driven with the primary focus to identify great employees who care greatly about providing exceptional services.
Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to work with time-tracking and data processing software programs
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks within the day-to-day operation
  • Maintain and support the company Human Resources function overseeing all job postings, recruiting, and interviewing, hiring, orientation and on-boarding of new employees
  • Ability to build strong employee relationships with a high level of trust and confidentiality
  • Oversee company Employee Files for updated information and documentation including certifications, client facility name badges, etc.
  • Maintain and Revise company Policies and Procedures, including the company Employee Handbook and Employee Training Handbook
  • Monitor, Assist and Maintain Employee Performance Reviews
  • Track employee PTO requests and time off
  • Ensure HR paperwork is filled out accurately and timely
  • Oversee employee Benefits Program, including communication with benefits partners and employees
  • Compile employee Payroll and Expense Reports for payroll generation
  • Must stay current on HR issues and requirements
  • Must have an HR Certificate or Degree with a minimum of 3 years HR experience
  • Must be a great communicator with excellent writing skills
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
