Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Staffing Branch Manager to lead our recruitment operations and drive talent acquisition success (sales and account management as well) in our Youngstown Just in Time Staffing office. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily staffing activities, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet organizational needs while fostering a dynamic, motivated team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape workforce strategies, optimize recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth of our organization through effective talent management. You will be eligible for commission which be based on performance and growth!! Duties Lead and manage all aspects of branch staffing operations, including internal recruiting, technical recruiting, and executive search initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to attract top-tier candidates across various disciplines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders through exceptional communication skills and relationship management techniques. Oversee candidate sourcing efforts via social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or HRIS tools such as UltiPro and Kronos. Conduct interviews, negotiate employment contracts, and facilitate employment & labor law compliance to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Manage the recruitment pipeline by utilizing tools like Salesforce, ADP, Paychex, or Workday for lead generation and candidate tracking. Lead training & development initiatives for staff members to enhance recruiting skills, talent management capabilities, and succession planning strategies. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting or staffing management with a focus on technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or UltiPro is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all hiring practices. Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including social media management and lead generation techniques. Experience in employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, and contracts management. Ability to lead training & development programs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills combined with sales acumen for cold calling and prospecting new clients or candidates.
