This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys sales and recruiting, and is looking to grow into a leadership career path. As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, filling job orders, and supporting business growth through recruiting and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities Conduct outbound B2B sales, including client outreach and cold calling Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners Manage multiple job orders while maintaining clear and consistent communication Provide excellent candidate and client experience from initial contact through placement Track recruiting activity, pipelines, and progress using ATS/CRM systems Collaborate with team members and support branch goals and initiatives Step in to support branch operations as needed in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results and performance Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Comfortable with cold calling and business development activities Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred but not required Strong desire for career growth and leadership development What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($20-$22/hr) Opportunity for career advancement into leadership roles Fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment Hands-on training and development Opportunity to make a direct impact on business success If you are motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to grow your career in staffing and sales, we encourage you to apply.
