The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and responsibilities:
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • All functions and responsibilities of HR, including: Departmental data-driven deliverables Department process development, implementation and oversight Optimization of department systems Vendor Management Regulatory compliance and deadlines Benefit Administration and Employee Program Management Risk Assessments Workforce Utilization Employee Relations, Investigations, Disciplinary and Separation Management Document Management, Oversight, and Implementation HRIS oversight, Maintenance, and Compliance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field. Multi entity experience preferred. PHR or SHRM certification preferred. 8+ years of relevant Human Resources leadership experience in a senior management role. Extensive knowledge of regulations, current practices, and applicable employment laws. Proven implementation of Human Resources systems, processes and strategies such as compensation, benefits, HRIS, ATS, etc.
