https://americanprecisionindustries.com/employment-application/ We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager with a minimum of 4 yrs. experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment of 120+ employees. Willingness to travel locally between two manufacturing sites. The Human Resource Manager will manage the overall functions of the Human Resource Department. This role encompasses recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Some duties may be shared between the HR Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Staffing Maintain and update job descriptions developing new job descriptions as needed Post open jobs on website and job boards Set up interviews and send out job offers or rejections Coordinate drug testing with third party May be responsible for background checks in the future Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Conduct New Hire Orientation Ensure compliance with I-9 and other required documentation Manage processes including resignations, terminations, layoffs and final pay compliance Employee Relations Assist employees with concerns, conflict resolution and workplace guidance Hands-on experience conducting workplace investigations involving performance issues, conduct violations or complaints Coach supervisors on corrective action, documentation, performance conversations and terminations Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture Compliance & Policy Management Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, OFLA, PFML, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, etc.) consulting with outside agency when necessary EEO-1 and Affirmative Action annual reporting Review and update employee handbooks, HR policies and procedures Maintain audit-ready documentation and employee records Compensation & Benefits Administration Oversee Paylocity semi-monthly payroll processing working as a team Support open enrollment, benefits communication and processing Support 401k enrollments and loans administration coordinating with third party administrator and plan advisors when needed Training & Development Work with management to schedule training needs Document all training on Employee Training Matrix HR Operations Maintain personnel files, required postings, and documentation Support Finance Personnel and other office staff as needed This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS HR

EDUATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, preferred 5 yrs. minimum human resource management experience preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Outlook) PHR or SPHR certification a plus 2 or more years of accounting, invoicing, or accounts payable experience a plus
